These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by OM International Logistics Movers. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
OM International Logistics Movers provides packing, moving, transportation, logistics, storage, and related services for domestic and international shipments, subject to availability and feasibility.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All service bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, quotation approval, or signed agreement).
- Details provided by the customer must be accurate and complete. Any changes may result in additional charges.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide correct information regarding shipment contents, value, weight, and destination
- Ensure that goods do not include prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items
- Arrange necessary permits, licenses, or documentation unless otherwise agreed
- Be present or assign an authorized representative during packing, pickup, and delivery
4. Pricing and Payment
- Charges are based on the agreed quotation and may vary if shipment details change.
- Payment terms must be followed as stated in the invoice or quotation.
- Delayed payments may attract additional charges or suspension of services.
5. Inspection and Packing
OM International Logistics Movers reserves the right to inspect goods before packing or transportation.
We may refuse to transport items that are unsafe, prohibited, or improperly declared.
6. Transit Time and Delays
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, government regulations, or events beyond our control.
7. Liability and Insurance
- Our liability is limited unless additional insurance coverage is requested and agreed upon in writing.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by natural calamities, accidents, acts of God, or improper packing of items packed by the customer.
- Claims, if any, must be reported in writing within the specified time mentioned in the agreement.
8. Customs and International Shipments
- For international shipments, customs regulations of origin and destination countries apply.
- The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, penalties, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service execution.
10. Storage Services
Storage is provided subject to availability and agreed terms.
OM International Logistics Movers is not liable for deterioration due to natural causes during storage.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and courts of the company’s registered location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
OM International Logistics Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
